Field Service Technician - Entry Level
We are seeking an entry level Field Service Technician responsible for providing outstanding customer service to O’Dell Equipment customers—on site. This includes commercial laundries, hospitals, hotels, motels, sports clubs, government agencies, universities, schools, and coin laundries. The Service Technician performs on-site routine maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and repair of all manufacturers’ commercial and industrial laundry equipment. To start, the Field Service Technician will be assigned to a Senior Technician for training and will assist on projects, as necessary.
Position Requirements
Candidates must be mechanically oriented and be willing to learn how to install, troubleshoot, repair, and provide routine, preventative maintenance of customer laundry equipment. Successful candidates also must possess first rate customer service skills, along with an excellent work ethic. In addition, we require the following:
Must possess a driver's license with an insurable driving record (O’Dell's insurance carrier provides coverage).
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and drive for a period of at least eight (8) hours per day.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with O’Dell customers and O’Dell associates.
Attend manufacturer training sessions both in-house and at the manufacturers' factories.
Have the capacity to lift, push and/or move a minimum of 50 lbs
Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, twist, bend, and/or climb during a work day including performing overtime work as required.
Understand all basic safety tasks required including safe operation of hand/power tools and other equipment to complete all duties.
Perform all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with O’Dell policy and all government mandated safety programs including OSHA or other municipal safety regulations.
Attend any safety training programs required by any government agencies, and private training offered by the equipment manufacturers and mandated by O’Dell's insurance company
Daily and overnight travel.
Maintain inventory of company parts on company provided vehicle (O’Dell pays all travel expenses).
Provide own tools. Any large or specialty tools provided by O’Dell.

Quickbooks Bookkeeper
Location: Jeffersonville, IN
We are looking for a part-time to full-time bookkeeper. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks and requires flexibility in hours and duties.
Responsibilities: Bookkeeping; including invoicing, billing, banking, sales tax, collections
Qualifications: - 2 years experience in Bookkeeping - 2 years experience with QuickBooks - Proficiency in Excel and Word - Knowledge of principles and practices of modern office systems - Ability to perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. 32-40 hours per week, flexible to schedule changes based on business.
Business casual dress code, including jeans.
Journeyman Field Service Technician
Full Time (and overtime as required)
